Composition: Lactose Red beetroot powder 5% Glucose

Analytical constituents: Crude protein 27 % Crude fat 06 % Crude ash 35 % Crude fibre 01 % Lysine 12.000 mg/kg Methionine 20.000 mg/kg

Directions: for use: Moisten your grain mixture with 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) of Form-Oil Plus per kg of feed. To this mix add 1 tablespoon of Form-Mix Plus powder stir it vigorously and let it dry for 1 to 2 hours.
